Bring the site details into the conversation
Start with the address, intended use, requested dates and an on-site contact. Describe the access route and the available standing area, including gates, surface conditions and any time restrictions.
Ask what is included in the arrangement, what you need to prepare and how changes will be handled. Availability, delivery and collection windows are confirmed for your location; a quote request is not a reservation.
Coordinate with the rest of the rental
If you also need portable toilets or handwashing, include those in the same request. Coordinate placement so one delivery does not block another supplier or an ongoing service visit.
Plan around peak use, not just total attendance
Explain the number of people likely to shower in the same time window and how often the facilities will be used. A concentrated period of use can need a different discussion from users arriving steadily across the day. Include the planned operating hours and rental duration.
Confirm connections and servicing for the chosen trailer
Ask about water, power and wastewater arrangements for the actual model, together with the standing area and access around its entrances. Establish what the supplier provides and what the site must prepare. Discuss cleaning, replenishment and service access before booking.
Questions worth asking before booking
Can shower and restroom facilities be planned together?
Yes—describe both needs in the request, including expected users and the property layout. Confirm how the facilities, connections and service routes will fit together before finalizing the equipment.
